🍽️ Crispy Chicken Meatballs from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 120 g grated Gouda
- 1 egg
- 50 g fine oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely mince the chicken meat using a blender, food processor, or meat grinder.
- 2. Place the minced meat into a large bowl.
- 3. Press the garlic clove directly into the bowl with the meat.
- 4. Peel the onion and dice it into very small cubes.
- 5. Add the onion cubes along with the remaining ingredients to the chicken meat.
- 6. Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform mixture forms.
- 7. Shape the mixture into 20 small meatballs, each weighing about 30 grams.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes on the Airfry setting at 180 °C.
- 11. Shake the basket briefly after 7.5 minutes (half the cooking time) to ensure even browning.
