  3. 3. Finely chop the garlic clove and add it to the bowl with the chicken and onions.
  4. 4. Add the olive oil, paprika powder, oregano, thyme, cumin, and salt to the bowl.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until the meat and vegetables are evenly seasoned.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  8. 8. Place the marinated chicken and vegetables into the air fryer basket.
  9. 9. Set the time to 10 minutes and the temperature to 200 °C.
  10. 10. Open the basket after 5 minutes and stir the meat briefly to ensure even cooking.
  11. 11. Close the basket and cook the gyros for another 5 to 7 minutes at 200 °C until golden brown and crispy.
