🍽️ Crispy Chicken Gyros from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken meat and cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic clove and add it to the bowl with the chicken and onions.
- 4. Add the olive oil, paprika powder, oregano, thyme, cumin, and salt to the bowl.
- 5. Mix everything well until the meat and vegetables are evenly seasoned.
- 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 8. Place the marinated chicken and vegetables into the air fryer basket.
- 9. Set the time to 10 minutes and the temperature to 200 °C.
- 10. Open the basket after 5 minutes and stir the meat briefly to ensure even cooking.
- 11. Close the basket and cook the gyros for another 5 to 7 minutes at 200 °C until golden brown and crispy.
