🍽️ Tuscan Meatball Casserole from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tsp vegetable broth powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 100 g pasta
- 125 g mini mozzarella
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Follow the instructions on the package.
- 2. Drain the pasta and place it in a baking or silicone dish that fits inside your air fryer.
- 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 4. Dice the onion and garlic into very small cubes.
- 5. Mix the diced onion and garlic with the ground beef, salt, and herbs in a bowl.
- 6. Shape the meat mixture into small, uniform meatballs.
- 7. Place the finished meatballs directly on top of the layer of pasta in the dish.
- 8. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together well in a separate bowl.
- 9. Pour the finished sauce evenly over the meatballs and pasta.
- 10. Distribute the mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the sauce.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and switch it to the Air Fry setting.
- 12. Cook the casserole in the air fryer for 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
