Ingredients
- 250 g green asparagus
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly rinse the green asparagus under running water.
- 2. Trim off the woody ends of the asparagus stalks.
- 3. Mix the olive oil with paprika powder, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 4. Toss the asparagus stalks in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
- 5. Place the marinated asparagus stalks into the air fryer basket.
- 6. Pour the remaining Parmesan marinade evenly over the asparagus in the basket.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the asparagus for 12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
