🍽️ Crunchy Goat Cheese Salad from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 180 g goat cheese
- 1 tbsp honey (liquid)
- 50 g walnuts
- 150 g lamb's lettuce
- 100 g raspberries
- pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the goat cheese into 8 equal slices.
- 2. Lightly drizzle each slice with honey.
- 3. Sprinkle a little black pepper over them.
- 4. Place a piece of baking paper in the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Arrange the cheese slices flat on the baking paper.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the cheese for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Wash the corn salad thoroughly and dry it.
- 8. Rinse the raspberries gently and pat them dry.
- 9. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 10. Divide the washed salad among 4 plates.
- 11. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad.
- 12. Top with the raspberries and walnuts.
- 13. Place the warm, crunchy goat cheese on the salad and serve immediately.
