🍽️ Crispy Gnocchi from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 600 g gnocchi
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the gnocchi, the grated Parmesan, the olive oil, the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir all ingredients with a spoon until the gnocchi are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- 3. Place the gnocchi into the basket of the air fryer and spread them out in an even layer.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the gnocchi for 14 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5. Shake the basket briefly after 7 minutes to ensure the gnocchi brown evenly.
