🍽️ Crispy Oven Vegetables from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g broccoli
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the peppers, broccoli, and zucchini under running water.
- 2. Peel the carrot and the onion.
- 3. Cut the peppers, broccoli, zucchini, carrot, and onion into small, uniform pieces.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half.
- 5. Add the olive oil, salt, and Italian herbs to a large bowl.
- 6. Press the garlic clove directly into the bowl.
- 7. Add the prepared vegetables to the bowl.
- 8. Mix the vegetables well so they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 10. Place the marinated vegetables into the air fryer basket.
- 11. Cook the vegetables for 12 to 15 minutes at 190 °C.
- 12. Shake the basket vigorously halfway through the cooking time (after approx. 6 to 7.5 minutes) to ensure even cooking.
