Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with paper towels.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast into small, even cubes.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper and the zucchini.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper and the zucchini into bite-sized cubes.
- 6. Add the olive oil and the salt to a large bowl.
- 7. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
- 8. Mix the oil with the garlic and the salt.
- 9. Add the chicken cubes and the vegetables to the bowl.
- 10. Toss everything well until everything is evenly coated with the marinade.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 12. Place the chicken and vegetable mix into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Cook the dish for 13 minutes at 190 °C.
- 14. Open the air fryer after 6.5 minutes.
- 15. Stir the chicken and vegetables once.
- 16. Close the air fryer and let the dish finish cooking.
