🍽️ Feta Stuffed Peppers from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pepper
- 100 g feta
- 50 g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 scallion
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the peppers thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the inner core and seeds.
- 4. Slice the spring onion into thin rings.
- 5. Crumble the feta cheese into a small bowl.
- 6. Add the egg, grated cheese, spring onion rings, chili flakes, and parsley to the bowl.
- 7. Mix all filling ingredients well together.
- 8. Evenly fill the pepper halves with the mixture.
- 9. Place the stuffed peppers into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and cook the peppers for 20 minutes.
