  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a cloth or under cold water.
  2. 2. Gently pull the stems out of the mushroom caps and set the caps aside.
  3. 3. Dice the removed stems into very small cubes.
  4. 4. Melt some butter in a pan and fry the mushroom cubes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Season the fried mushroom cubes with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
  7. 7. Mix the mushroom cubes, spring onion rings, and any other ingredients in a bowl to form a uniform filling.
  8. 8. Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture.
  9. 9. Place the stuffed mushrooms into the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes until crispy.
