🍽️ Crispy Stuffed Mushrooms from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 16 mushrooms (large)
- 100 g grated cheese (we use Gouda)
- 3 spring onions
- 300 g cream cheese (plain)
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a cloth or under cold water.
- 2. Gently pull the stems out of the mushroom caps and set the caps aside.
- 3. Dice the removed stems into very small cubes.
- 4. Melt some butter in a pan and fry the mushroom cubes until golden brown.
- 5. Season the fried mushroom cubes with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 6. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 7. Mix the mushroom cubes, spring onion rings, and any other ingredients in a bowl to form a uniform filling.
- 8. Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture.
- 9. Place the stuffed mushrooms into the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes until crispy.
