🍽️ Crispy Candied Almonds from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g almonds
- 80 g sugar
- 30 ml water
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put the almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar, and water into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until the almonds are completely and evenly coated with the sugar mixture.
- 3. Place a piece of baking paper in the basket of your air fryer.
- 4. Spread the coated almonds evenly on the baking paper.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and set the device to the Air Fryer program.
- 6. Cook the almonds for 15 minutes.
- 7. Pull out the basket after 4 to 5 minutes and stir the almonds vigorously.
- 8. Push the basket back in and let the almonds continue to cook for the remaining time.
- 9. Increase the temperature to 200 °C.
- 10. Cook the almonds for a total of 6 more minutes.
- 11. Pull out the basket after 3 minutes and stir the almonds a second time.
- 12. Let the almonds become crispy for the last 3 minutes at 200 °C.
