Ingredients
- 4 Camembert
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs (or Cornflakes for breading)
- salt
- pepper
- oil
Instructions
- 1. Crack an egg into a shallow bowl.
- 2. Season the egg with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 3. Place breadcrumbs into a second shallow bowl.
- 4. Dip the Camembert cheese into the egg mixture first.
- 5. Then roll the cheese thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the breaded Camembert into the basket.
- 8. Cook the Camembert for 15 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Serve the hot Camembert with cranberries, fresh salad, and toast.
