🍽️ Crispy Whole Chicken from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 chicken (weight approx. 1,3 kg)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix the olive oil with salt and paprika powder in a small bowl.
- 2. Brush the whole chicken generously all over with the oil mixture.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- 5. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- 6. Brush the chicken again with the remaining oil mixture.
- 7. Lower the temperature to 165 °C and cook the chicken for another 20 minutes.
- 8. Carefully turn the chicken over.
- 9. Cook the underside for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- 10. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes in the turned-off appliance.
- 11. Cut the chicken into pieces using poultry shears and serve.
