  1. 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
  2. 2. Dice the onion and garlic into fine cubes.
  3. 3. Soak the bread roll briefly in water.
  4. 4. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well after a few minutes.
  5. 5. Put the minced meat, the egg, the onion cubes, the garlic cubes, and the bread roll into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  7. 7. Knead the ingredients well with your hands.
  8. 8. Shape 20 to 25 small meatballs from the mixture.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  10. 10. Place the meatballs in the cooking basket.
  11. 11. Cook the meatballs for 12 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the meatballs after 6 minutes, i.e., halfway through the cooking time.
