🍽️ Crispy Meatballs from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion (small)
- 1 egg
- 1 wheat roll from the day before
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp chopped herbs (I always have in the freezer compartment)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Dice the onion and garlic into fine cubes.
- 3. Soak the bread roll briefly in water.
- 4. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well after a few minutes.
- 5. Put the minced meat, the egg, the onion cubes, the garlic cubes, and the bread roll into a bowl.
- 6. Add mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- 7. Knead the ingredients well with your hands.
- 8. Shape 20 to 25 small meatballs from the mixture.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 10. Place the meatballs in the cooking basket.
- 11. Cook the meatballs for 12 minutes.
- 12. Turn the meatballs after 6 minutes, i.e., halfway through the cooking time.
