  5. 5. Add the rolled oats.
  6. 6. Add the baking powder.
  7. 7. Add the salt.
  8. 8. Add the grated carrots.
  9. 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Note that the dough looks very firm and dry.
  11. 11. Shape the dough into a loaf.
  12. 12. Place the loaf into the air fryer.
  13. 13. Optionally use a loaf pan or a silicone mold designed for air fryers.

  19. 19. Bake the fitness bread for up to 5 more minutes at 160 °C if needed.
