🍽️ Crispy Fitness Bread from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 250 g fine oat flakes
- 250 g hearty oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrot.
- 2. Grate the carrot finely.
- 3. Mix the quark (curd cheese) with the eggs in a bowl.
- 4. Add the quick-cooking oats.
- 5. Add the rolled oats.
- 6. Add the baking powder.
- 7. Add the salt.
- 8. Add the grated carrots.
- 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 10. Note that the dough looks very firm and dry.
- 11. Shape the dough into a loaf.
- 12. Place the loaf into the air fryer.
- 13. Optionally use a loaf pan or a silicone mold designed for air fryers.
- 14. It also works without a mold.
- 15. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 16. Bake the fitness bread for 30 minutes at 160 °C.
- 17. Turn the loaf after 30 minutes.
- 18. Bake the fitness bread for another 15 minutes at 160 °C.
- 19. Bake the fitness bread for up to 5 more minutes at 160 °C if needed.
- 20. Keep in mind that baking time may vary depending on the device.
