  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Score the skin in a diamond pattern.
  4. 4. Make sure to cut only the skin and not into the meat underneath.
  5. 5. Mix the olive oil with salt, paprika powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Rub the duck breast all over with the spice mixture.
  7. 7. Place the duck breast with the skin side up into the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and cook the duck breast for 18 to 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Let the duck breast rest for 5 minutes in the closed air fryer after cooking.
  10. 10. Slice the duck breast into thin slices with a sharp knife.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the slices with coarse salt to taste.
  12. 12. Serve the duck breast immediately while warm.
