🍽️ Crispy Duck Breast from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 duck breast (approx. 400 g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the duck breast under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Score the skin in a diamond pattern.
- 4. Make sure to cut only the skin and not into the meat underneath.
- 5. Mix the olive oil with salt, paprika powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 6. Rub the duck breast all over with the spice mixture.
- 7. Place the duck breast with the skin side up into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and cook the duck breast for 18 to 20 minutes.
- 9. Let the duck breast rest for 5 minutes in the closed air fryer after cooking.
- 10. Slice the duck breast into thin slices with a sharp knife.
- 11. Sprinkle the slices with coarse salt to taste.
- 12. Serve the duck breast immediately while warm.
