  2. 2. Fill the opening with cream cheese. Use a small spoon or a piping bag for neat results.
  3. 3. Press the date back together so the filling stays inside.
  4. 4. Cut the bacon strips in half to create smaller pieces.
  5. 5. Wrap one bacon piece around each filled date.
  6. 6. Secure the bacon with a toothpick so it does not slip off during cooking.
  7. 7. Place the prepared dates into the cooking basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the dates for 10 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
