Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 100 g wheat flour
- 100 g breadcrumbs (alternatively cornflakes or panko flour)
- salt
- pepper
- paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into small nuggets.
- 2. Prepare three shallow bowls. Fill the first with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes.
- 3. Season the eggs with the spices and whisk them well.
- 4. Coat the chicken pieces one by one: first in the flour, then in the seasoned eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs or cornflakes.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 6. Place the breaded nuggets in the air fryer basket.
- 7. Lightly spray the nuggets with oil.
- 8. Cook the nuggets for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
- 9. Turn the nuggets and cook for another 2 minutes at 200 °C until golden brown and crispy.
