🍽️ Crispy Mushrooms from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- pepper
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp chives (cut into rings)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a cloth or brush.
- 2. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rounds.
- 3. Finely chop the parsley.
- 4. Place the mushrooms, onion slices, and parsley into a large bowl.
- 5. Press the garlic clove directly into the bowl using a garlic press.
- 6. Add the olive oil, salt, paprika powder, and pepper to the bowl.
- 7. Stir the ingredients well until all mushrooms are evenly coated with the marinade.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 9. Place the marinated mushrooms into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes at 160 °C.
- 11. Shake the basket after 7.5 minutes (half the time) to ensure even cooking.
- 12. While the mushrooms cook, press the garlic cloves for the sauce into a small bowl using a garlic press.
- 13. Mix the pressed garlic with the remaining ingredients for the garlic sauce.
- 14. Remove the crispy mushrooms from the air fryer.
- 15. Serve the mushrooms hot with the prepared garlic sauce.
