  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a cloth or brush.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rounds.
  3. 3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. 4. Place the mushrooms, onion slices, and parsley into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Press the garlic clove directly into the bowl using a garlic press.
  6. 6. Add the olive oil, salt, paprika powder, and pepper to the bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the ingredients well until all mushrooms are evenly coated with the marinade.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
  9. 9. Place the marinated mushrooms into the air fryer basket.
  10. 10. Cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes at 160 °C.
  11. 11. Shake the basket after 7.5 minutes (half the time) to ensure even cooking.
  12. 12. While the mushrooms cook, press the garlic cloves for the sauce into a small bowl using a garlic press.
  13. 13. Mix the pressed garlic with the remaining ingredients for the garlic sauce.
  14. 14. Remove the crispy mushrooms from the air fryer.
  15. 15. Serve the mushrooms hot with the prepared garlic sauce.
