🍝 Creamy Mushroom Pasta from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 150 ml cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp chives
- 150 g pasta
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it as well.
- 3. Place the mushroom and onion slices into a heatproof dish that fits inside your air fryer.
- 4. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 5. Add a splash of olive oil and stir everything well to coat the vegetables.
- 6. Distribute the cream cheese portions and the cream evenly over the vegetables.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Cook the mushroom mixture for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- 9. Remove the dish briefly and stir the mixture once.
- 10. Place the dish back in the air fryer and cook the sauce for another 10 minutes at 180 °C until it is creamy.
- 11. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water al dente (firm to the bite), as indicated on the package.
- 12. Add the drained pasta directly into the hot mushroom sauce.
- 13. Stir the pasta well with the sauce so that it is completely covered.
- 14. Finely chop fresh chives.
- 15. Sprinkle the finished pasta with the chives and serve immediately.
