🍽️ Crispy Burgers from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 Burger buns
- 120 g Cheddar (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 pickles
- 1 onion
- leaf lettuce
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pickle
- 1 tbsp pickle brine
Instructions
- 1. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, tomato paste, one finely chopped pickle, and one tablespoon of pickle juice in a small bowl until the sauce is smooth.
- 2. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and set it aside to drain.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and peel the onion.
- 4. Slice the tomatoes and the onion into thin slices.
- 5. Slice the pickles into slices as well.
- 6. Mix the minced meat with mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 7. Shape four flat burger patties from the meat mixture.
- 8. Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the patties for 10 minutes in Air Fry mode.
- 10. Place a slice of cheese on each patty if you want to make cheeseburgers.
- 11. Cook the patties with cheese for one more minute at 180 °C until the cheese is melted.
- 12. Place the burger buns in the air fryer and toast them for 1 minute at 180 °C.
- 13. Slice the warmed buns open.
- 14. Spread the prepared burger sauce generously on the bun halves.
- 15. Layer the lettuce, burger patty, tomato, pickle, and onion slices onto the buns.
