🍽️ Crispy Broccoli Cheese Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g grated cheese
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 1 egg
- 30 g fine oat flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 50 g grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli and chop it very finely.
- 2. Add the chopped broccoli, cheese, low-fat quark, egg, oat flakes, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- 3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until a uniform dough forms.
- 4. Divide the dough into 11 equal portions and roll them into round balls.
- 5. Roll each ball firmly in grated Parmesan until it is completely covered.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 7. Place the balls side by side in the air fryer basket.
- 8. Cook the nuggets at 200 °C for 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Remove the balls from the air fryer and let them cool briefly, as they are still soft when fresh out of the device.
