  1. 1. Wash the broccoli and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Add the chopped broccoli, cheese, low-fat quark, egg, oat flakes, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
  3. 3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until a uniform dough forms.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 11 equal portions and roll them into round balls.
  5. 5. Roll each ball firmly in grated Parmesan until it is completely covered.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  7. 7. Place the balls side by side in the air fryer basket.
  8. 8. Cook the nuggets at 200 °C for 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. 9. Remove the balls from the air fryer and let them cool briefly, as they are still soft when fresh out of the device.
