🍽️ Crispy Bratwurst and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- 3 Bratwurst sausages
- 250 g zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the bell peppers and the zucchini under running water.
- 2. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds.
- 3. Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Peel the onion and cut it into four large wedges.
- 5. Cut the bratwurst into eight equal pieces.
- 6. Mix the oil with marjoram, paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 7. Add the prepared vegetables to the marinade and toss until everything is well coated.
- 8. Thread the marinated vegetable pieces and the bratwurst pieces alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- 9. Grill the skewers on the grill until they are golden brown and cooked through on all sides.
- 10. Alternatively, place the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 180 °C for 13 minutes until crispy.
