  2. 2. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds.
  3. 3. Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and cut it into four large wedges.
  5. 5. Cut the bratwurst into eight equal pieces.
  6. 6. Mix the oil with marjoram, paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. 7. Add the prepared vegetables to the marinade and toss until everything is well coated.
  8. 8. Thread the marinated vegetable pieces and the bratwurst pieces alternately onto the wooden skewers.
  9. 9. Grill the skewers on the grill until they are golden brown and cooked through on all sides.
  10. 10. Alternatively, place the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 180 °C for 13 minutes until crispy.
