  2. 2. Rinse the potato cubes under cold water to remove excess starch.
  3. 3. Pat the potatoes dry with kitchen paper so they become crispy later.
  4. 4. Place the potato cubes into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Add oil, pepper, salt, and paprika powder to the potatoes.
  6. 6. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly seasoned and coated.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 170 °C.
  8. 8. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  9. 9. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes at 170 °C.
  10. 10. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Remove the basket briefly and stir the potatoes.
  12. 12. Add the onion slices and ham to the potatoes.
  13. 13. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
  14. 14. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes at 170 °C until everything is golden brown and crispy.
