🍽️ Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes
- 50 g boiled ham
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Rinse the potato cubes under cold water to remove excess starch.
- 3. Pat the potatoes dry with kitchen paper so they become crispy later.
- 4. Place the potato cubes into a large bowl.
- 5. Add oil, pepper, salt, and paprika powder to the potatoes.
- 6. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly seasoned and coated.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 170 °C.
- 8. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- 9. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes at 170 °C.
- 10. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 11. Remove the basket briefly and stir the potatoes.
- 12. Add the onion slices and ham to the potatoes.
- 13. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
- 14. Cook the mixture for another 10 minutes at 170 °C until everything is golden brown and crispy.
