🍝 Feta Pasta from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g feta
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried herbs (e.g. Herbs de Provence)
- 200 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper or use a heat-resistant silicone dish.
- 2. Place the block of feta cheese into the prepared dish.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them next to the feta.
- 4. Press the garlic over the vegetables and cheese.
- 5. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over everything.
- 6. Sprinkle the dried herbs and salt over the top.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the ingredients for 10 minutes on the Airfry setting.
- 8. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 9. Drain the cooking water.
- 10. Remove the dish from the air fryer.
- 11. Mix the cooked spaghetti directly in the dish with the soft feta and tomatoes.
- 12. Serve the pasta with freshly chopped parsley.
