🍽️ Crispy Baked Fish from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g cod fillet
- 1 egg
- 60 g wheat flour
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Pat the fish fillets dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Season the fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
- 3. Place flour on a flat plate.
- 4. Beat an egg loosely on a second plate with a fork.
- 5. Place breadcrumbs on a third plate.
- 6. Roll one fish fillet first in the flour.
- 7. Then dip the floured fillet into the beaten egg.
- 8. Finally coat the fillet thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.
- 9. Repeat the breading process for all remaining fillets.
- 10. Brush the breaded fillets lightly with oil on both sides.
- 11. Place the fillets side by side in the air fryer basket.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the fillets for 16 minutes until crispy.
