🍽️ Quick Protein Rolls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 egg
- 250 g spelt flour
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- a little seed mix
Instructions
- 1. Put the skimmed quark and the egg into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the two ingredients briefly with a fork or spoon.
- 3. Add the spelt flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- 4. Knead everything by hand until you have a smooth and soft dough.
- 5. Divide the dough into five equal pieces.
- 6. Shape each piece into a small roll or a stick.
- 7. Lightly moisten the surface of the rolls with a little water.
- 8. Roll the rolls in the seed mixture.
- 9. Press the seeds firmly with your hand.
- 10. Place the rolls in the basket of the air fryer.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 12. Cook the rolls for 18 to 20 minutes.
- 13. Turn the rolls once after about 10 minutes.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat.
- 15. Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
- 16. Bake the rolls for approx. 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
