  3. 3. Drain the water and pat the potatoes completely dry with kitchen paper or a clean cloth.
  4. 4. Put the dry potatoes in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with oil and your spices.
  5. 5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and bake them for 25 minutes at 180 °C. Shake the basket a few times to ensure they become evenly crispy.
