🍽️ Crispy Fries from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 750 g baking potatoes
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1 centimeter thick.
- 2. Place the potato sticks in a container of cold water for 30 minutes.
- 3. Drain the water and pat the potatoes completely dry with kitchen paper or a clean cloth.
- 4. Put the dry potatoes in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with oil and your spices.
- 5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and bake them for 25 minutes at 180 °C. Shake the basket a few times to ensure they become evenly crispy.
