  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a small baking dish with baking paper.
  2. 2. Mix the diced beetroot with the chestnut puree. Stir in half of the chopped hazelnuts.
  3. 3. Spread the beetroot mixture in the dish. Place the goat cheese cubes on top. Sprinkle the remaining thyme and hazelnuts over it.
  4. 4. Drizzle the walnut oil over it. Bake the bites for 12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Take the dish out. Place the bites on small plates while warm and serve as an appetizer.
