🍝 Whole Grain Pasta with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients
- 200 g whole grain pasta
- 300 g ripe tomatoes
- eine Handvoll, gehackt fresh basil
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Zehe, gehackt garlic
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook whole grain pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic.
- 3. Add diced tomatoes to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan.
- 5. Add basil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 6. Plate and serve immediately.
