🐟 Veal with Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g veal roast
- 100 g tuna
- 1 EL capers
- 2 EL mayonnaise
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 1 EL olive oil
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
- zum Garnieren parsley
Instructions
- 1. Boil veal roast in a pot with water until cooked through (about 30 minutes).
- 2. Blend tuna, capers, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt until smooth.
- 3. Let the veal roast cool and slice it thinly.
- 4. Top with tuna sauce and garnish with parsley.
- 5. Serve and enjoy!
