Ingredients
- 300g Pork
- 1 Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Ginger
- 2 TL Chili Powder
- 50ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 TL Cumin
- handvoll Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork into pieces and marinate.
- 2. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Add marinated meat and sauté.
- 4. Add chili powder and cumin.
- 5. Stir in vinegar and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
