- 4 Rice Paper
- 200 Shrimp
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 10 Mint
- 10 Coriander
- 30 Peanuts
Instructions
- 1. Boil shrimp and let cool.
- 2. Soak rice paper in warm water.
- 3. Place rice paper on a clean plate.
- 4. Arrange shrimp, lettuce, mint, and coriander on rice paper.
- 5. Roll up the paper and fold in the sides.
- 6. Serve with chopped peanuts.
