Ingredients
- 8 Blätter Rice paper
- 200 g Shrimp
- 100 g Rice noodles
- 4 Blätter Lettuce leaves
- 1/4 Tasse Mint
- 1/4 Tasse Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cook the shrimp and slice them in half.
- 2. Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 3. Soak the rice paper briefly in warm water until soft.
- 4. Place a layer of lettuce, noodles, shrimp, and herbs on the rice paper.
- 5. Fold the sides of the rice paper and roll it up.
- 6. Serve with peanut sauce.
