🥗 Vietnamese Rice with Tofu and Vegetables (Cơm Chay Tofu)

Ingredients
- 200g Rice
- 200g Tofu
- 100g Broccoli
- 100g Carrots
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes.
- 3. Cut vegetables of choice (broccoli and carrots).
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown.
- 5. Add vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- 6. Season everything with soy sauce and serve with rice.
