🥗 Vietnamese Rice with Fried Tofu (Cơm Tấm Đậu Hũ)

Ingredients
- 200g Broken Rice
- 200g Tofu
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 3 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes, marinate in a bowl with soy sauce and minced garlic.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the marinated tofu until golden brown.
- 4. Place rice on a plate, arrange fried tofu on top.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve as desired.
