Ingredients
- 200g Broken Rice
- 250g Shrimp
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 3 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to instructions.
- 2. Clean shrimp and marinate with lemon juice, pressed garlic, and soy sauce.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until cooked.
- 4. Arrange rice on a plate, place fried shrimp on top.
- 5. Serve with fresh vegetables as desired.
