Ingredients
- 200g Rice
- 300g Beef Steak
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Black Pepper
- 3 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Slice beef steak thinly, marinate with soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the marinated beef strips until cooked.
- 4. Place the rice on a plate, serve the stir-fried beef on top.
- 5. Serve with fresh vegetables as desired.
