Ingredients
- 250g Chicken Breast
- 200g Rice
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Marinate chicken breast with garlic and soy sauce.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon and reserve the juice.
- 4. Fry chicken in a pan until cooked through.
- 5. Add bell pepper and mix everything well.
- 6. Mix rice with lemon juice and serve.
