Ingredients
- 250g Cooked Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Green Onions
- 100g Carrots
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Dice carrots and chop green onions.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the carrots.
- 3. Add eggs and scramble lightly.
- 4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
- 5. Mix well and fry for a few more minutes.
- 6. Garnish with green onions and serve.
