🍛 Vietnamese Fish Curry

Ingredients
- 300g Fish fillet
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1/2 Bund Thai basil
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 EL Curry paste
- 1 Onion
Instructions
- 1. Cut fish fillet into pieces.
- 2. Dice onion and sauté in a pot.
- 3. Add curry paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 4. Slice bell pepper and add.
- 5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 6. Add fish and simmer for 10 minutes.
