🍛 Vietnamese Chicken Curry (Cà Ri Gà)

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken breast
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Curry paste
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into cubes.
- 2. Dice onion and sauté in a pot.
- 3. Add chicken and curry paste, sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Peel and cube carrots and potatoes.
- 5. Add coconut milk and vegetables to the pot, bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
