- 300g Pork Chop
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 3 EL Fish Sauce
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Marinate the pork chop: Mince garlic, mix with fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
- 3. Grill or pan-fry the marinated pork chops until golden brown.
