Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 3 EL Fish sauce
- 500ml Beef broth
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes.
- 2. Dice onion and garlic, sauté in a large pot.
- 3. Add beef and sauté for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add tomato paste and fish sauce, mix well.
- 5. Add carrots, pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
