🍲 Vietnamese Beef Stew (Bò Kho)

Ingredients
- 500g Beef, diced
- 200g Carrots, sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Zehen Garlic, minced
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 500ml Beef broth
- 2 EL Oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onion and garlic.
- 2. Add diced beef and brown well.
- 3. Stir in carrots, then add cinnamon stick and beef broth.
- 4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 90 minutes until the meat is tender.
- 5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
