Ingredients
- 1 Stück Baguette
- 200 g Tofu
- 50 g Carrots
- 50 g Cucumbers
- 1/4 Tasse Cilantro
- 1 EL Chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Slice the tofu and fry it.
- 2. Julienne the carrots and cucumbers.
- 3. Slice the baguette and toast it.
- 4. Place the fried tofu on the baguette.
- 5. Add the vegetables and cilantro.
- 6. Garnish with chili sauce and serve.
