Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 100ml cream
- 30g butter
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- einige Stängel chives
Instructions
- 1. Chop the leeks, onion, and potatoes.
- 2. Melt butter in a pot and sauté the vegetables.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and cook the potatoes until soft.
- 4. Puree the mixture and stir in the cream.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Chill well before serving.
