Ingredients
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 30g Cilantro
- 4 tortillas
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice bell pepper and zucchini, chop onion.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables until soft.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Warm tortillas and fill with sautéed vegetables.
- 5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
