🍝 Veggie Lasagna

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna sheets
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g spinach
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 250 g ricotta
- 150 g mozzarella
- 1 TL oregano
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Dice vegetables and sauté in olive oil.
- 3. Mix tomato sauce with oregano.
- 4. Layer lasagna sheets, ricotta, and vegetables.
- 5. Finish with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
- 6. Bake for 40 minutes and serve hot.
