🍳 Quick Vegetable Egg Rice

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice (cold)
- 2 Stück Carrots
- 1 Stück Onion
- 100 g Peas (frozen)
- 3 Stück Eggs
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 1 EL Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and cut them into fine cubes or thin sticks. Finely chop the onion as well.
- 2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the onions and carrots for 3 minutes.
- 3. Add the frozen peas and fry them for 1 minute.
- 4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and pour them over the vegetables in the pan. Stir quickly until the egg sets.
- 5. Add the cold rice to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the vegetables and egg.
- 6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice. Fry everything for 2 minutes while stirring constantly until the rice is hot.
